Meet the Staff at Borealis Wellness Clinic

Pam Runge

Pam Runge C.S.T.

I am a retired Respiratory Therapist who has transitioned into natural healing modalities and currently practice Reiki, Qigong, and Craniosacral Therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy got its start in the field of Osteopathy. It is a gentle, holistic, hands-on treatment that follows the subtle energetic movement of the cerebral spinal fluid through the spinal fascia and cranial bones. I use light touch contacts to facilitate the release of the fixations or blocked energy pathways.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy-based healing modality that focuses on hand placement over specific points on or above the body, similar to Qigong. It is used to encourage and promote physical and emotional healing.

Qigong is a Chinese-styled healing technique that focuses on moving the body’s energy or Qi by contacting specific acupressure points to eliminate blockages along the body’s meridians and restore the natural energy flow.

Crystal Chenier

Crystal Chenier L.M.T.

I have worked in the medical field for many years, first as a CNA, which led me to start nursing school. Part of the way through the nursing program, I decided to change course from nursing to massage; graduating from Globe University in 2012 with a degree in Massage Therapy.

What I like about massage therapy is that there are different modalities for all situations. I enjoy the challenging cases that keep me looking outside the box. My specialty is cupping and facilitated PNF stretching. I can tailor your massage to your likings, whether it be relaxation or therapeutic massage. During my downtime, I enjoy the great outdoors.

I currently offer:
  • Swedish Massage
  • Thai Massage
  • Fibromyalgia Massage
  • Neuromuscular Therapy
  • Deep Tissue
  • Cupping Therapy
  • Lymphatic Drainage
  • Trigger-Point Therapy
  • Hot Stone Therapy
  • Pre & Postnatal Massage
  • Kinesio-Taping
